WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
Outreach Outdoors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to reach teens for Christ while instilling in them a respect and desire for the outdoors. We want to see young people come to Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. By getting them involved in the outdoors, Outreach Outdoors helps to break through walls and tear down barriers which allows young people to open up and talk about the problems that they face day-to-day.

OUR FOUNDER
Scott has always held a passion for the outdoors, even as a child. In his 25+ career as a student minister, he would use the outdoors as a outlet to create opportunities for his students to draw closer to God. When he founded OROD in 2003, Scott knew his life would change forever, and over a decade and a half later, he still says that God is continuing to change everything he knows. Scott and his wife, Nan, love spending time with their son, Hunter, and their daughter-in-law, Jessica.
